Preview Ashanti's 2nd Single - 'The Way That I Love You'

With Ashanti prepping her 4th studio album 'The Declaration' for an early 2008 release, you can now listen to a lengthy preview of the set's alleged 2nd single. The R&B star performed the track, the Babyface LT Hutton produced 'The Way That I Love You', during a recent concert at New York's Nokia Theatre. I really think she's struck gold with this one; though the album's first single 'Hey Baby' is strong (stronger than many think IMO), this would have been a better choice for a lead single. A swap, perhaps? Anyway, you can listen to the track below...

Y'all.. I can't STAND Ashanti no lies, but this song is the SHIT!! wow.. it's very powerful (especially for Ashanti lol) I'm sure she sounds better on the album version, but this song is so good that it makes up for her TIRED vocal delivery.. She on this "Mary J." type feel wit this one..

Hot, Hot, HOT!! Ashanti is blowin it up in this song! No doubt Ashanti's always been hot, but this song shows so much to her that not many people have seen. If you take the time to listen to the lyrics, they are SO deep. Sooo true that Ashanti has grown on this album. GoAshanti!!

Ashanti sounds like crap on this song. She will never be able to bring it like Mary J. Blige no matter how much she continues to try, that was an insult. If Babyface produced this, he wasted his time because she didn't do the song any justice.
