Mary J & Rihanna Join Grammy Line-Up

Mary J & Rihanna Join Grammy Line-UpThe Recording Academy have announced that R&B superstar Mary J. Blige and Def Jam's Rihanna have been added to the list of performers at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards. Blige will perform with legend Aretha Franklin, the Clark Sisters, Israel And New Breed, and Trin-I-Tee 5:7 in a special gospel segment. Rihanna will take to the stage with reunited group The Time.

What can I say, the Grammy's is shaping up to be an unmissable show. With confirmed performer Beyonce rumored to be tearing down the stage with Tina Turner, as well as Janet Jackson's 'comeback' performance of 'Feeback' it will be very interesting.

R&B star Toni Braxton will release a brand new album around the Spring or Summer of 2008. The new album will be "classic, old-school, Toni's style". This was announced by Toni Braxton herself in a recent interview the show "Crossroads" (hosted by Sheletta Brundidge) did with her. CLICK HERE to watch the full interview. In other great news, Toni just extended her "Toni Braxton: Revealed" show at the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel until the end of the year. Toni began this show in August 2006 and thanks to its success look how long it's lasting! Good for Toni. And i'm also really excited about her upcoming album! Simply love all her music. Her latest CD was "Libra" (2005) which was for me one HOT album despite not selling that well, i still play one of my faves songs in it "Shadowless".

The performance that I am most anticipating is Beyonce's (of course.) This year's Grammys will be glorious.
