New Song: Brandy - 'Dig This'

Brandy - 'Dig This' Now that the legal drama surrounding Brandy has subsided, the R&B songstress is focusing, once again, on her career. This new track 'Dig This' features on the soundtrack for Tyler Perry's upcoming movie 'Meet The Browns'. Despite being produced by The Underdogs (Tyrese, the entire 'Dreamgirls' score etc), the piano-driven ballad sounds like a vintage Bryan Michael-Cox cut ('We Belong Together', 'Be Without You' etc). In any case, the song great; Brandy trademark vocals, the lyrics, the instrumentation, everything!

This has me anticipating Brandy's long-overdue new record; the 29 year old is reportedly signed with Epic Records and will be dropping an album later this year.

Hit or Miss?

Nice track. I could have done without all the effects on her lead vocal - obscuring her unique tone.. But its always good to hear new music by B-Rocka.

Yeah Brandy's back....
This song is sooooo sick
The intro shits all over half the songs out right now alone...
The song was produced by Eric Hudson(Omarion-Entourage,Kanye West-Flashing Lights) and written by Johnta Austin(Mariah Carey, Mary J Blige)
In any event, I hope this is just a taste of what she's bringing for the album...It'll be Full Moon 2.0

This track is fiyah!!!!!!!! I'm so glad my B-Rocka is back on the grind!! Brandy has been sincerely missed in the RnB game for the past 4 years and everyone is anticipating this marvelous return. We got your back Bran...just waiting on you!! "Dig This" is definately an anthem and it's so signature Brandy...I absolutely love it!!! No one else can come close to Bran.....no way!!!!!!!!!

This song is hot im not gonna lie. I feel like she brought music back to the 90's with this track,REAL MUSIC.It cant be fucked with right now i have it on repeat in heavy rotation. The vocals and lyrics are amazing. The intro/outro shits on everything.

It's ok. Not the best single I've heard from Brandy. But I'm pretty sure she can come harder than this. B'Rocka will always be hot. Still looking forward to her album.
