Beyonce & Jay-Z Sign Marriage LicenceWhile Beyonce and Jay-Z continue to remain tight-lipped about their much-talked about wedding two weeks ago, the pair made a very public declaration of their union. This past Friday the pair finally signed their marriage licence - before it expired, according to PEOPLE.com:
Scarsdale Town Clerk Donna Conkling tells PEOPLE the license – which lists the wedding date as April 4 – was received on Friday afternoon. The couple applied for the license just three days before the ceremony.

Interesting. It's a bit puzzling as to why they left it so long to sign the document - which usually is signed at the actual ceremony....

Any thoughts?

As for this story you should do better research. Bey and Jay signed it on their wedding day the 4th but the pastor mailed it late but wont get a penalty. It's on T/M/Z.

all I have to say is that I applaud them for wanting to keep something so special just between their family and themselves. It has always been their way so maybe that's is why they have lasted through all the rumers throughout their relationship. Congratulations!!

The only thing Jay and Bey owe to their fans or stans is good music and great performances. Their personal lives should be kept private so I applaud them for doing what is best for them. Besides, why would anyone want to be that involved with a celebrity? Good grief

I happen to really like Kelly Rowland and I do wish her much success. She probably needs new management and a real promotion team to get noticed more. I feel the time will come for her and I for one will be happy indeed. She deserves it and she is quite a vocalist. Ashanti has stepped up her game. Her vocals have indeed improved. So, I am rooting for both. Wish them well.

It is possible to fans of more than one female artist and to tear the others down is just plain childish. I find it funny you don't see a lot of this childish behavior amongst blogs with Chris, Justin, Usher, etc. ALL these female artists are doing it and I wish much success to all. Seriously.
