Please tell her that she is definitely more talented than most of the younger singers today (Beyonce, in particular), and ask her:
Does she feel pressure to be more raunchy and overtly sexual just to get the attention and fanbase she deserves(I noticed she hasn't in the past,and I respect her so much for it)?

Tell her I love her and that it is a damn shame her albums don't go at least triple platinum, with her voice and talent. Keep making that music and your time will come.

Have you ever considered going back to a major label? I think you could really benefit from it, its don't have to be heavy promotion, but it help get you out there more. Angie Stone, Jill Scott etc do well. Sure they don't get hits songs or platinum but I think it could improve your radio airplay. Please consider it.
