Making The Band Tour: Not Selling? Word has it that the Making The Band 4 tour is having difficulties attracting concert-goers; consequently a series of dates have been cancelled. Click here to see the proof. What's more, MTV are said to be looking to shorten the tour as well as 'give-away' tickets to the show so as to save face.

What the hell is going on over at Bad Boy? I know Danity Kane have been on their grind doing a series of non-televised shows here and there; yet with a tour coming up, it makes little sense to be working the non-televised circuit when you have something to promote - namely an album and tour.

With 'Damaged' having just cracked the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100, it's understandable as to why their second single 'Bad Girl' hasn't been rolled out just yet. Day26, on the other hand, have been in dire need of an appearance, performance..hell something, yet have been MIA since the tour was announced. Diddy and Bad Boy have with Danity Kane the best girl group out at the moment IMO and with Day26 guys with mass potential, yet don't seem to be promoting them as such. For both group's sake, business needs to pick up ASAP.

Any thoughts?

I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AGREE WITH YOU, DIDDY IS NOT PROMOTING THEM RIGHT THEM RIGH, I MEAN DK NEEDS TO GO AROUND TO EUROPE AND ASIA TO GET THERE SINGLE WORLDWIDE AND DAY 26 NEEDS TO RELEASE A SECOND SINGLE....POOR DIDDY CANT HANDLE BAD BOY...POOR ARTIST THERE SALES GONNA SUFFER BECAUSE OF HIM

the concert is VERY expensive considering. I was really planning on going, but i am NOT spending $55. I know it is 4 acts, but the only act that I, or anyone would really care about, is DK. The other 3 acts have little to no promontion going on in their lives
can i get these free tickets to the NYC show?lol

Their are youtube videos of both groups stating that they will be at the other cities for the tour. I always looked at this tour as a mini thing for the devoted mtb fans nothing serious.

DK will probably get on another big tour like they did last year. They have been playing all the big concerts this summer.

According to day26 myspace they have stuff booked until august but they do need to release a new single.

Dang, i love DK they need to make it big, they need to cross the atlantic and come to europe.. although there is no promotion of them here whatsoever, only on MTV.

Danity Kane released a solid effort as did Day 26, DK fought for their sound but not record sales, videos or promotion, why in the fuck would u be okay with a new video out in June and the first one came out in April?? THAT'S LONG IS MUSIC TIME, A NEW CD, A COUPLE OF NEW CD'S COME OUT EACH WEEK, U GOTTA BLEEEEED AND CRY AND DAMN NEAR FALL DOWN DEAD TO STAY RELEVANT NOWADAYS!!

MAYBE RE-RELEASED IDK, UR SONG IS #10, GREAT 10 GO ON SHOWS AGAIN AND SING THAT WITH UR NEW SINGLE CUZ DAMAGED IS DONE TO DEATH BUT IT'S THEIR CURRENT HIT, THE NEW SINGLE HAS TO BE SUNG CUZ A GREAT PERFORMANCE GETS UR INTEREST, DIDDY SUCK BALLS, LITERALLY AND I FEEL SOOO BAD FOR THEM, WASTE OF TALENT, HE'S GREAT FOR IT!!!!

They aren't strong enough indivdually or collectively to carry a whole tour or sell thousands of tickets (hundreds for that matter). They should be on someone elses tour. I don't know what Diddy was thinking.

They need to start with smaller venues. Maybe like a House of Blues or something. They are aiming a bit too high. Bad Boy needs to rethink it's business/PR practices.

I don't think its funny to see people lose there dreams they are very talented young people n are trying to do something positive. I am very sad about this not happening for them but I have done my part. I bought both CD's and 2 concert tickets for Chicago. I pray that they don't cancel on us. We love you if don;t nobody else do.
