Not bad! Give the man some credit! Why are people so hard on him, evidently he's doing something right because the media and the general public can't seem to keep his name out of their mouths. He's no longer Brandys' little brother, he's a MAN. Give respect where it is due. Gosh, he's a entertainer,not a saint!!! What does a drug dealer have to do with him performing the song.. He did do bad.. Everyone cant sing this song the way it suppose to be song.. the performance is suppose to be showstoppin the voice on point not just good enough to pass by.. plz it was bad compared to everyone else singing it

His rendition was OK. Not great;not horrible;just OK. The problem I have with it is that I feel he was mimicking other stand-out performers who have sung the S P B (Kelly Rowland,Fantasia,Beyonce,Christina A.,so forth & so on). He was not original in any way and compared to the people I've mentioned above,he is terribly mediocre. Come to think of it,have there been any other MEN who have sung the S P B?

That was not GOOD & a national Anthem is supposed to be sung from the heart. That wasn't he jus sung & tried riffs that didn't work.

Now when Tyrese did it in the Hatton - Mayweather fight that was SUNG!!!

I Like Ray J he has some bangers but a national anthem ain't for singers like him, omarion etc...

Once again, you've exaggerated how bad his performance was. It was ok, until he went off-key at the end...

After watching this performance of the S.P.B by Ray J, I have to say it was horrible! I agree with the other person He was trying to sing it like Beyonce! Especially at the end. That "was" Beyonce's Signature note!!(Before He Destroyed it) He's barely a studio singer thats it! He had to have been in the lobby and someone spotted him & asked if He could do the opening SPB!! ((At The Last 1/2 Second!) So Credit is Given for attempting. "Hell I cant even sing & could have done a better job than he did! Miley Cirus did a better Job than he did!! She really cant sing!! LOL

What is S.P.B...I know what you mean but it would be S.S.B(Star-Spangled Banner). I'm sorry that was just annoying me. The performance was ok.
