Sorry about the slow(ish) posts today. I had the pleasure of interviewing a certain Mr Ne-Yo today in Central London - be on the lookout for that real soon. Anyway...

Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson performed her brand new single 'Spotlight' today on Good Morning America. Check out her interview as well as performance below:



Jennifer looked and sounded on-point! Awesome performance. Jen's self-titled LP hits stores on September 30th.

Awesome. She has grown leaps and bounds as an artist. She commands the stage, the song is great and her vocals are powerful. Go Jen! Number one!

J-Hud is just pure talent. Too much talent. The woman can sang. Not sing, SANG. She looks gorgeous in the purple ensemble.

Wow my expectations went a bit down after a big smash hit like dreamgirls, i didn't think she would have topped that with a solo carreer but she is blowing me.away. .. im so getting that album..when is it due?

Nice job Jen! I wish she would have worked the stage a bit earlier and a little more. But her vocals were on point!

The vocals were GREAT! However, she needs more stage presence. She seemed as if she was nervous.

cant stop playing it
(neyo did a good job writing this song)
i just might get her album

OOkay so i just viewed J hud proformance.. and i liked it. She did and awesome job. Being that the song fits her like a glove i wouldnt have expected anything less.
Wanna congratulate her back-up singers cause it hard to find back-up singers that actually can compliment a artist. So good look on that one :-0
As far as the outfit loved that to. I just didnt like how she was standing when he said he liked her shoes. lol.
As far as stand presence. she nailed that too!! She commanded that little stage in all her glory. So keep up proud miss hud
