Depending on the success of #5, a 6th single (Stay The Night) would have definitely closed out the album on the right note.. This album was awesome, and did pretty well with Mimi's single selection, but it definitely lost momentum with "Say Something" in the spring/summer because it wasn't a very good track for that time of the year. She could have capitalized more on the album's re-release, especially in the R&B/Hip Hop world.

2.We Belong Together...Obvious choice since of the success of it.
3.Dont Forget About Us...I don't believe that DFAU would have made it to number one without WBT's help. Hence it only makes sense to put it after a strong single and a single that sounds similar to it.
4.So Lonely...Hot single to finish out the summer.

I wish the label could have gotten sample clearance for "When I Feel It", that song is so smooth and Mariah's lyrical delivery was sick. It would have made a hot single off of Emancipation of Mimi. Unfortunately, the song has fallen into Unreleasedland.

The Twista song would have been a great single. But I think it's the part II version/the 1 that was on his CD (Twista) that was better.

I don't get it. EOM came out in 2005 and the singles were selected by the label so what is the purpose of this post. No one can rewrite history and the label's single choices for this album were great.

Stay The Night should have been a single over Shake It off. Such an amazing song and shows her strong vocals over a wicked beat. Fly Like a Bird might not have made a great radio hit as it is more gospel oriented. On the rerelease of Emancipation Makin' It Last All Night would have made an excellent single.

I agree with one poster, please do the same for Janets, Marys and Kellys last cd's

NOW...if the label had picked the singles for e=mc2 then they need to take a good look at themselves and say "WHY?" I love this album but BYE BYE for a single!?!?! Ill be loving you long time is a lil better than Bye Bye but still! What about Migrate and Side Effects! If Mariah made the descion...then I see why these were the singles...sometimes she doesn't always choose the best ones lol I love this woman to death dont get me wrong but DAMN...
