Ne-Yo - 'Mad' Video

I kid not when I say I'd literally been wondering where the hell Ne-Yo's follow-up to 'Miss Independent' was, when the clip for 'Mad' surfaced today. The Stargate produced cut serves as the third release from his well-received 'Year of the Gentleman' LP.

About the actual video, I'm liking it a lot. With most of Ne-Yo's vids being more or less all-singing/all-dancing affairs, it was pretty cool seeing a more story-driven clip to accompany this song - which IMO on it's own isn't that great. Good stuff.

What do you think of the song / video?

I must say your a pretty weird guy

this song is amazing

how can you not like it, you seem to dislike and rubbish alot of good artists as if you could do any better, it strikes me as quiet envious behaviour

his 3rd video is actually "single"

but on the video it says new kids on the block made it...however that song is on Ne-yos salbum

love the song and video...unfortunately i havent had the pleasure of hearing his entire album yet (gotts buy it asap!!) but this song is great. It's more on the "love ballad" tip and it suits the whole theme of the album especially!

Love the video concept as well, his acting skills are getting some shine, and it's a change from the "dance" videos people have been putting out lately.

I like the video. I was thinking though, what does this video have to do with this kid gettin hit? lol. Then i saw that he was the one dead, a la sixth sense. lol, my mistake.

anyway. good video. His album is off the chain too.
