It was not the best video in the world and far from the worst. But I must say im a lil dissapointed because rihanna has delivered some of the best videos such as umbrella and disturbia and I guess this one fails in comparsion. But I will say her and justin both looked hot. Sam you really do give rihanna a hard time. I am far from a major Rihanna fan but I give her credit when its due. This video was pure garbage. The visuals were okay, but the video was pointless, and it was pointless for Def Jam to release it as a single. Rihanna is a flawless beauty, no doubt she became tough competition for Beyonce quick. She takes risks with her shit, and pulls it off so well. Bey needs to take notes. The video is quite nice. I like the classic glamour shots, and she has really great skin. As far as JT goes, I could really care less. I still despise this guy to this very day for destroying the career of a pioneer legend, you know who it is. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is-a situation blown out of proportion, but the outcome could have been different if he just would have stood up for her, it takes two to tango. I love the song. The video had no plot, so we'll say its a glamour video. Every frame, could produce a beautiful picture including the shots with JT's made overself. The song is so so so emotional, one of her most emotional songs compared to unfaithful and her other slow ballads. But I will agreed with the Rihanna haters and say that the video lacked emotions. So to sum it up, hot song, hot video, but they dont relate to one another, enuff said.

I think this is the first time ive actually enjoyed a Rihanna video and thats only cos Justin was in it lol. Not crazy about the song, but it being Rihanna, im sure it will sell.

i really don't see the purpose in her appearing half naked throughtout the video, yes she has a great bod! damn get over yourself! *sigh*. The song has grown on me and the video well it's basically a comercial for covergirl! no real purpose, the biggest dramatic part of the video was when he walked away from her. Definitely LOVE this song. My favorite on the whole GGGB albumn. I was hoping she released it as a single, personally I don’t know what took her so damn long to do it. Not really feeling the video, I pictured something totally different when I listened to this song a million times a long time ago. I didn’t know that Justin wrote it but now that I think of it, it does sound like something he would write. Could have done without him in the video too, he ain’t bringing a damn thing sexy back.

I’m loving this song, and the way her voice flows with it, she has found her swag, and I think this is very strategic because not everybody listened to album including me, now after hearing songs I will be inclined to buy the next….smart move, just like fergi did her last album I loved it and had it for a while but it wasn’t getting no play but she kept at it and kept releasing those songs off of it and it was a success (huge) so i think they were smart if the songs were capable of being hits, but needed exposure, she’s growing her fan base, and lets not forget her style is off the chain and i liked the way they didn’t let justing sing because it was expected and i love the unexpected.
