Love the song but something ain't working with the video... the song is a gorgeous ballad, so soft and lovely, yet she looks so hard and mean lol. The hair doesn't help either, they should have made her wear a wig or get a weave!

I wish they came out with the best song on the CD, Heaven Sent. Oh well, whenever she comes out with it, I hope she comes hard with a good video. Heaven Sent is so beautiful, lyrically and vocally, I can easily see that becoming her signature song. What really pushes her into the mainstream. Just my O.

i'm defintely feeling this song, i like how all her song are so touchful and meaning. the video turn out great but come on keisha you have better day with the hairs lol she need a new hairstylist.
