Rapper Nelly co-headlined the 2nd day of the BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend. During his set he was joined by Kelly Rowland to perform their smash 'Dilemma'. Check out their performance below:

Granted Nelly forgot some of the words (which they convincingly played down), I liked the performance - the crowd seemed to as well.

Still in Europe promoting her 'Ms. Kelly' project, Kelly Rowland checked in with fans today in a new video blog. Among other things, the 27 year old confirmed that she will continue recording her new record in London upon her return here. Check it out:

I'm definitely ready to see what the next chapter holds for Kelly's solo career. Here's hoping her new album rights the wrongs of the 'Ms. Kelly' on numerous fronts. Granted it's best for her to take her time with the record, her recent success and the example of Rihanna an album a year, seemingly so), shows that it's worthwhile striking while the iron is hot.

R&B star Kelly Rowland is really doing her thing over here in Europe. 'Work' is still soaring up the charts in some countries, one of which is France, where the singer stopped by Le Grand Journal to perform the song today:

Great performance; from the energy, to the crowd interaction to the weave slinging lol. Kelly has really been on her A-Game consistently with these recent batch of performances. 'Ms. Kelly: Deluxe' hits stores in Europe on May 12th.

Kelly Rowland is back on this side of pond to promote her new single 'Daylight'. The R&B star stopped by The Paul O' Grady Show yesterday to perform the song:

Good stuff, Kelly did her thing. She's really becoming a lot more 'at home' on stage these days (solo), which is something I'm anticipating seeing more of in future performances too.

Rowland Confirms She's Working On 3rd LP In an interview with UK newspaper The Daily Record, R&B star Kelly Rowland confirmed that she has indeed begun work on her third solo album. That Grape Juice first reported on Kelly's plans to head back to the studio last month. Here's what the 'Like This' singer had to say of the new project:

Q: WHAT ELSE ARE YOU UP TO AT THE MOMENT?

A: I'm going back into the studio as I've just started the third album.

Q: WHO WOULD YOU LIKE TO COLLABORATE WITH?

A: I want to work with will.i.am. That's the only person I have in my head right now.

It's great to know Kelly is moving on to the next album. I'm hopeful that lessons have been learnt, both on her part and on the part of the label with the sadly underrated 'Ms. Kelly' project.

While I know what my own personal hopes and expectations are for her next record, I'm pretty interested to hear yours. Fans, non-fans etc, what are your 'wants' for Kelly's next album? Producers to work with? Musical direction? etc..

The much-anticipated video for Kelly Rowland's 'Comeback' exclusively premiered literally just now on popular Destiny's Child fansite DC3 Forever - courtesy of Music World. Whoa! Hands-down, this has to be the best Kelly video released thus far. Channelling her inner-diva, Kelly's attitude and sex appeal were at an all-time high (she was working that choreography). Though simplistic concept-wise, the vid more than captured the song's essence.

Granted 'Comeback' isn't my favourite Kelly track, watching the video definitely has me scratching my head as to why it wasn't made a single

R&B stars Kelly Rowland and Ciara hit London earlier this week to perform at premier urban station Choice FM's 18th Birthday bash. Check out their performances below:

Kelly Rowland - Like This / Work

Ciara - Goodies / Like A Boy

Kelly nailed it! Whoah. She worked it like a pro. From her stage presence, to the the audience interaction, to the vocals, she definitely shined. After watching this, as well as her BBC 1Xtra set, I'm gonna need Ms. Kelly to be performing like that all the time from on here on out. Awesome. {Random tidbit: Did anyone else catch Def Jam head LA Reid (who was there with Mariah) recording Kelly on his mobile? Just an observation...}

Ciara was solid too. While I would have really liked to see a 'Promise' performance (her career defining song IMO), it's understandable why she she performed 'Goodies' and 'Like A Boy' - both of which are her biggest hits in the UK to-date. Good stuff.

'Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe' (UK) Cover Following the massive success R&B star Kelly Rowland has been enjoying here in Europe as of late, the singer is set to release the revamped version of her 'Ms. Kelly' album in physical form (as opposed to the digital-only treatment the US received) in May. Check out the official tracklisting for the set below:

1. Work - Freemasons Remix
2. Daylight
3. Like This
4. Love
5. This Is Love
6. Broken
7. Better Without You
8. Every Thought Is You
9. Love Again
10. Unity
11. No Man No Cry
12. Daylight - Joey Negro Club Mix
13. Comeback - Karmatronic Remix

I'm sure many will be shocked, as am I, at the removal of the popular 'Still In Love With My Ex' from the tracklist. I really don't understand the logic behind that one. Still, for the most part the album seems to have a consistent chill, mid-tempo feel to it. With her new single 'Daylight' already gathering momentum here in the UK, I feel the release has a great chance of success here. Random tidbit: I'm really hoping 'Love Again' gets the single treatment at some point - can't get enough of that song.

'Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe' hits stores in the UK on May 12th.

Kelly Rowland Performs At BBC 1Xtra Live R&B star Kelly Rowland really is loving this side of the pond these days. The former Destiny's Child star was part of BBC 1Xtra's Live show this past Saturday in Coventry here in England. I'm sure a few of the doubters will be surprised, as Kelly really exuded a stage presence not really seen until now. Perhaps it's the success she's been enjoying over here as of late. The full band and back-up singers was a nice touch too. Anyway, check out Kelly's setlist as well her full set below:

Like This
Dilemma
Can't Nobody
Destiny's Child medley

Check out this recent performance of Kelly Rowland performing a snippet of 'Dilemma' as well as a full rendition of her current single 'Daylight' during a promo stop for Milwaukee radio station 103.7 Kiss Fm:

Granted it was a smaller, more intimate performance, I enjoyed it all the same. Kelly's live vocals are sounding the best they've been in a while.

Kelly Rowland - 'Broken' & 'Unity'R&B singer Kelly Rowland's revamped version of her sophomore effort 'Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe' is out now on iTunes. 'Broken' and 'Unity' are two of the new tracks that feature on the album.

Produced by Stargate (Rihanna, Ne-Yo etc), 'Broken' is a piano-driven mid-tempo cut. The track's laid back vibe is both its strength and weakness; solid overall, I was kinda left feeling as if the song would have benefited from Kelly vocally exerting herself more - especially on the adlibs.

'Unity' sees the former Destiny's Child star embrace a more Pop/Alternative sound. With its rousing chorus, the song takes on a anthem-like form. I'm liking this one quite a lot.

Kelly Rowland - 'Love Again' As R&B songstress Kelly Rowland gears up for the digital re-release of her album 'Ms. Kelly' (Diva Deluxe), the full version of one of the album's new songs, the ballad 'Love Again', has surfaced.

After hearing the snippet a few weeks back, I knew this would be something special. Kelly really didn't disappoint; IMO this is one of the best solo offerings I've heard from her. Her vocals excel over the stripped down instrumentation. A beautifully sung track, indeed. Though I often like to stray from the Beyonce comparisons, I really feel as if 'Love Again' is Kelly's 'Dangerously In Love'. Granted the album will not be released physically, I'm hopeful Kelly includes this on her new album. 'Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe' hits digital outlets on March 25th. {Thanks Angel!}

While I'm looking forward to the new material (the remixes are...), I'm hoping Kelly hits the studio ASAP to start work on her third album. After the complete mis-management of this project, one has to wonder if the re-release of 'Ms. Kelly' is a means of Kelly fulfilling her contractual obligations to her label - freeing her up to go elsewhere?

Kelly Rowland - 'Love Again' It has been confirmed that Kelly Rowland's digital-only (US) re-release of her sophomore effort, now dubbed 'Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe', will hit online outlets on March 25th. 'Love Again' is one of five new tracks set to feature on the revamped LP. Despite this only being a snippet, the track sounds very promising. Having really enjoyed the original 'Ms. Kelly', one of my only complaints was that it sounded as if she were holding back vocally on some tracks; judging by the new material heard thus far, she's exerting herself more, vocally, and the results are great.

Update: You can now also listen to a snippet of another new track titled 'Unity (Stay With Me)'
