The video for the third single from Trey Songz' 'Trey Day' LP, Last Time' premiered recently. Great song, and pretty good video too. I'm liking the concept.

Trey Songz recently released a new remix video for his hit single 'Can't Help But Wait' - featuring rapper Plies. The track will appear on the forthcoming 'Step Up 2' soundtrack.' Video aside (it's really not that great), I'm hoping Trey gets the recognition he deserves this year. The guy is overly talented, yet so slept on.

I know the guy in the crowd was wrong, but come on now. Trey ain't but 100 pounds lol. One of these days one of these artists is gonna get their a**es kicked in a situation like this. I can see a lawsuit coming on from this one.

According to reports, R&B singer Trey Songz was arrested this past Saturday (November 3rd) in Springfield, Massachusetts. Songz was detained for resisting police officers orders in connection with a shooting that occurred outside one of his concerts. Check out the report below via All Hip Hop.com: The singer, born Tremaine Neverson, was released after posting $500 bond.With the way Trey's latest album came and went, I'm guessing he thinks any publicity is good publicity.
The shooting took place in the parking lot of The Hippodrome, where Songz performed Saturday evening.
According to Lt. John Slepchuck of the Springfield Police Department, police officers where present when shots were fired behind the venue at 1700 Main Street.
“Our disorderly person charge can involve several different things including the use of certain language, failure to do what an officer asks,” Slepchuck told AllHipHop.com. “[Neverson] was interfering with an active crime scene involving a victim.”

Like many other artists this year, Trey Songz has seen the release of his new album 'Trey Day' pushed back on numerous occasions. Now re-scheduled for an October 2nd release, the CD will be preceded by this new single 'Can't Help But Wait' - which was penned by Johnta Austin. I'm liking the song and the video; I found both to be pretty engaging. It's kinda hard to believe that Trey has yet to fully blow up, seeing as he's very talented. Here's hoping this album garners him the recognition he deserves.

T.I - Big Sh*t Poppin'
This is scheduled to be the lead single from T.I's upcoming album 'T.I vs T.I.P' (due July 3rd). As with the 1st singles from his last few albums, 'Big Sh*t Poppin' doesn't dissappoint. The Mannie Fresh produced track is a banger; it's bass-heavy. T.I's flow is on-point too.

Trey Songz - Fly Together (ft. Jim Jones)
As I said before, I'm really liking Trey's new material; it's like he's done a complete U-turn from the music he was making on his last album. This new song, which features Jim Jones, is pretty good. Eric Hudson, who produced Omarion's 'Entourage', also produced this.
